2026 Hockey PEI AGM Notice

CHARLOTTETOWN, PE - Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting for Hockey PEI is scheduled for:

• Thursday, June 25, 2026

• Rodd Charlottetown, 75 Kent St.

• 5:30pm AGM / 7:15pm AWARDS

As per Bylaw 16, the Nominating Committee currently presents the following candidates:

• President - Robert MacMillan

• Executive Vice-President - Tanner Doiron

• Vice-President, Finance and Administration - Heidi Lawlor

In accordance with By-Law 16.04, other nominations for the positions of President, Executive Vice President or Vice-President Finance and Administration must be submitted in writing to the Executive Director of Hockey PEI no later than thirty (30) days prior to the Annual Meeting (Due Date: May 25, 2025).

Any nomination shall be endorsed, in writing, by five members in good standing, and the nominee must indicate an agreement in writing to serve if elected.

As per Bylaw 15.01, the following people, if accredited and present, are entitled to vote at an annual or special general meeting of Hockey PEI:

• a) Each of the Members of the Board of Directors of Hockey PEI.

• b) Six delegates from each of the hockey councils; and

• c) Six members of the Officiating Committee.

The six hockey council delegates are in addition to the Hockey Council Chairperson, who has a vote as a member of the Hockey PEI Board of Directors.
