CHARLOTTETOWN, PE - The Hockey PEI Female Council has approved the following changes for the upcoming 2023-2024 season, following its initial release of information in August after further consultation with the zone committee's and its members and review of participation numbers.
The Summerside Area Minor Hockey Association will host a Under-18 AA Female Team.
The Western Wind Under-15 AAA Female Team will move to Evangeline and Under-18 AA Female Team will move to O'Leary.
The Central Storm Under-18 AA Female will zone their teams as follows:
Sherwood Team (Charlottetown, Sherwood, Morell & Souris Associations)
Georgetown Team (Pownal, and all Kings County Association with the exception of Morell & Souris)
Central Storm Under-15 AA Female will zone their teams as follows:
Sherwood Team (All associations except Pownal)
Pownal Team (Pownal Only)
