HOCKEY PEI ANNOUNCES 2022 HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM TEAM STAFF

The Atlantic Challenge Cup regional High Performance competition is slated to return this fall at the Superior Propane Centre in Moncton, New Brunswick. The event will take place from October 7th to 10th, 2022 and feature the top Atlantic hockey players from their respective divisions. Hockey PEI’s High Performance Program Management team announced its lineup of Team Staff today who will lead the program's four provincial teams at this year's event.


In addition, the team staff who will lead its newly created Under-14 Female division are being announced. This team will compete versus Hockey Nova Scotia in a rivalry series later this month.


“The disappointment of not having the Atlantic Challenge Cup these past few seasons has been disheartening for our athletes but also our staff. We believe we've but a group of passionate and experienced coaches together who are hungry to get back to work with our High Performance Athletes and compete against our friendly rivals in the Atlantic” said Hockey PEI Technical Director, Kris MacPhee
